Sculptures, Oslo City

After our few days’ nature-filled adventure in Tromso, Norway, D and I packed up our bags and flew back to Oslo City via SAS. We stayed at an AirBnB at Gamle, Oslo, a few minutes’ walking distance from the Oslo Central Station and the Munch Museum. This last leg of our Norway trip did not have any guided tours scheduled, and our daily itinerary was pretty much anywhere our feet would bring us. It was mostly overcast and sometimes rainy when we stayed in Oslo, yet we managed to walk around the city and appreciate food and the art scene, particularly sculptures.

Here is a slideshow of some of the sculptures that caught our attention the most.

I visited Oslo years ago and only had a day in town, but it was charming! Glad you got to explore and see a bit of the sites in town. 🙂

Oslo is quite a distance from Manila, and we’re thankful to have had the chance to spend some time and explore this lovely city.

I visited Oslo on a minicruise from Germany a few years ago, loved the beautiful fjord approach by ship but didn’t have nearly long enough in the city. Would love to go again one day!
