Making Each Day Count

Just got back from Singapore and I’ve taken some photos of how efficient checking in for works in Changi Airport! This may already be happening in your airports – you are lucky if that’s the case. I have yet to see this in the airports of the Philippines. Until then, I am amazed at how AI and automation is being felt more and more in our daily lives.

First, I headed to the self service check in kiosks to print my boarding passes. Then I headed to the self-service luggage drop off counters. My only human interaction was with the Immigration officer who stamped my passport before I headed off to the boarding gate. How easy was that!
